  • Lalit Kumar Golani v. John M. Allen, et al., 22-10202, 2023 WL 4874767 (E.D. Mich. July 31, 2023) - Granting summary judgment against USCIS and finding that an EB-1A denial was arbitrary and capricious under the Administrative Procedure Act.

  • Mark Alan Bristow, et al., v. Alejandro Mayorkas, et al., 22 C 991, 2024 WL 1328825 (N.D. Ill. March 28, 2024) - Remanding a finding of marriage fraud under INA 204(c) to USCIS with instructions after finding that the marriage fraud finding was not supported by the agency's investigation and written decision.
